I am Chef THAVAMOORTHY, passionate about gastronomy since my earliest years, and deeply attached to my Indian roots. I created Bar Lounge India India with a simple desire: to share India as I know it, through its dishes, spices, aromas, and legendary hospitality.
Each recipe we offer is inspired by the culinary traditions of different regions of India, carefully cooked, and adapted precisely to offer an authentic and friendly experience to each of our customers.
For me, a restaurant is not just a place to eat. It's a space for sharing, discovery, and travel. India India is a bridge between two cultures: the India of my origins and the modernity of French hospitality.
